I contributed to the development of the Job Creation Program, an application designed to help Palestinian refugees apply for temporary jobs by managing the entire process from submission to beneficiary monitoring. As part of the team, I worked on creating APIs to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between the front-end and backend components. I also participated in revamping and optimizing application pages, which led to significant performance improvements and a better user experience. In addition, I helped design and integrate innovative front-end pages using AJAX, enabling real-time interaction with the backend APIs.

I am a co-Founder and Backend Engineer of SurveyGenius, a web-based startup that provides AI-driven survey and data analysis solutions. Since May 2025, I have been leading the development of the platform, which enables organizations to design, distribute, and analyze surveys efficiently. I designed and implemented the backend architecture using ASP.NET Core, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. I also developed secure RESTful APIs to support dynamic survey creation, response collection, and analytics. Additionally, I integrated Grok for AI-driven response analysis, enabling automatic insights generation in both Arabic and English.

Built the backend for a large-scale multi-tenant infrastructure management platform serving operators, employees, and end users across complex operational environments. • Architected 60+ feature modules using Clean Architecture, MediatR, and vertical slice structure — enabling scalable, maintainable separation of concerns across a large codebase • Implemented multi-tenant data isolation with JWT-based identity scoping, ensuring strict access boundaries across user types and tenancy levels • Engineered a multi-currency billing system with live exchange rate integration, wallet management, and automated invoicing • Built real-time notification delivery across 4 channels — SignalR, Email, SMS, and Push — for live operational alerts • Automated critical background workflows using Hangfire: subscription expiry, maintenance scheduling, and hardware heartbeat detection • Delivered multi-language API responses supporting English, Arabic, and Hebrew for diverse regional user bases
