Writing a development project proposal

Writing project proposals for non-profit organizations across all sectors, following a methodological approach and leveraging extensive experience in working with NGOs, while tailoring projects to the requirements of donors and their electronic portals.

The client will receive a project proposal document that has been developed based on the PMD Pro methodology, which is a globally recognized framework for project design. This methodology follows a structured sequence starting with the identified need or opportunity, then the project idea, followed by the justifications for implementing the project, and the expected positive outcomes and contributions (fruits) whether at the level of the beneficiary, the organization, the community, the state, or even globally.

The proposal will then include the overall goal, the specific objectives, followed by the outputs, and the technical details such as the project timeline and the financial budget.
