• Preparing plans and timelines for training activities in the organization. • Preparing plans for important events and events, such as the final ceremony of the event and the semi-final ceremony.

• I fully led the initiative. • Creating the initiative’s budget. • Making the initiative timeline plan. • Giving technical training to young people and training them in life skill and entrepreneurship skills. Achievements in the initiative: The end of training I made a bazar for the products trainers made. Each trainee sold the products they made and the proceeds from the exhibition went to the trainees. Two of trainers started their own business based on reused materials and started selling them.

I worked as a trainer for children in the field of recycling solid materials and making handmade accessories from them. This program was entertaining for the children, kinetic and productive at the same time, because this program was for orphaned children, which means that they will need a source of income when they grow up, so this training was a foundation for them to start a simple project with simple materials and open the door to financial independence. By creating designs and products, they love and expressing themselves. Achievements in this program: It enables children to entertain themselves and release all their negative energy in making pieces and products that express their personality and love. Each child produced more than 30 accessories to wear and gift to their teacher and everyone they love. Every child has learnt what it means to be financially independent and knows how to start a small business once they've reached puberty.
