As Development Manager and leader of our Web Team, you’ll leverage your 10+ years of .NET and front-end 1. **Technical Leadership** * Define and evangelize web architecture standards (ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Razor, responsive HTML/CSS/JS). * Review and approve technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. * Champion modern front-end practices (component-based UI, performance optimization, accessibility). 2. **Team Building & Mentorship** * Recruit, onboard, and retain .NET back-end and front-end engineers. * Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career-path coaching. * Organize technical workshops (e.g., advanced Entity Framework, LINQ optimizations, front-end framework deep dives). 3. **Project Delivery & Quality Assurance** * Oversee planning, estimation, and sprint execution for multiple simultaneous web engagements. * Implement CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and release management. * Ensure each deliverable (e.g., customized Quartz Kitchen Visualiser sites) passes one formal review cycle and meets performance, SEO, and UI/UX standards.
