•Coordinating between 23 distributors,30 Branches,2 sales market and 1 Special Market Connecting with (Shipping management, Finished product warehouse and production management) to Achieve distributors plan . •Work with the planning team 10 person in 3 shifts, 24 hours a day. Create planed order on sap program to production for 3 plant(Obour plant, October plant , Tanash plant ) •Create purchase order to (agent, branches ETC, …) on sap program .

• Exchange orders on sap program. •Transfers goods Between Branches on sap program. •responsible for Situation report for all branches on excel program. • Receipt purchase order on system for all branches. • I was responsible in Cairo for inventory control and exchange of sales orders after checking the items on the system and transferring it from branch to another . •Submit inventory reports in all branches of the company Receive purchase orders on the system and the work of purchase orders and sales orders for the assets traded.

•Responsible for the management of assets in the Red Sea (Freezers , Waffle Machine , Wafel Machine , Wooden Corner , Coffee Machine) Through the review of contracts with customers and their papers and the establishment of sales orders on the SAP program and disbursement and coordination with the shipping company contracted to provide the required vehicles during the day and review the balances of MH stores on the SAP and compare with CS and the work of comparison on the Excel program. •Responsible for Operation reviews meetings to review the KPIS and Performance Measures and the procedures to be implemented by the team and write the team's problems on the actions board and follow-up implementation.

• Responsible for the management of assets in the Red Sea (Freezers , Waffle Machine , Wafer Machine , Wooden Corner , Coffee Machine) Through the review of contracts with customers and their papers and Settlement assets on the system for Red sea . • Responsible for trade assets warehouse and workshop. • Responsible for Spare parts warehouse. • Responsible for receiving freezers breakdowns by e-mail and tell the technician to fixes it and create the breakdowns on the system • Responsible for review the sales billing and settelment it on the system . • Responsible for Hurghada safe.
