Influencer Marketing:
- Identified and manage relationships with media partners and suitable influencers/celebrities/
socialites that will support the brand marketing strategy.
- Reaching out to Influencers, matching them with Client needs and leading them through
suitable campaigns.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and
business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.
- Annual budget tracking and planning, processing of invoices.
- Work with influencers on a regular basis to plan content.
- Event management.
Social Media Manager:
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on
a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and
encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Conducting campaigns on social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube,
Instagram, and Twitter then summarizing its results.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Working closely with creative agencies (Suggesting creative ideas, immersion in the
brand..etc).
- Working closely with the marketing performance team, creating creative ideas for (Google
Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and implementing them.
- Creative conceptualisation of social media ideas and developing content.
- Manage daily content schedule of social content.
- Monitoring and reporting on key social media metrics to ensure that the brand is on track to
achieve the objectives set out by relevant stakeholders.
CRM:
- Email marketing campaigns (MailChimp & Braze).
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers.
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated with the latest products in order to increase sales.
