## Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Forlanso platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

## Eligibility

### User Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Must provide accurate and complete information
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

### Account Types
- **Freelancer/Individual Account**: For independent professionals
- **Company Account**: For businesses hiring remote workers
- **Affiliate Account**: For partners referring users

## Platform Use

### Permitted Use
- Creating and managing remote work contracts
- Processing payments and withdrawals
- Managing freelancer profiles or company dashboards
- Using platform features as intended

### Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- Money laundering or illegal transactions
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Circumventing platform fees or security measures
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse system

## Contracts & Agreements

### Digital Contracts
- All contracts created on the platform are legally binding
- Both parties must review and agree to terms before signing
- Electronic signatures are valid and enforceable
- Contracts are stored securely and accessible to both parties

### Dispute Resolution
- Good faith negotiation encouraged
- Platform mediation support available
- Arbitration in Dubai, UAE for unresolved disputes
- Governing law: UAE commercial and contract law

## Payments & Fees

### Payment Processing
- Payments processed securely through approved payment providers
- Users responsible for payment method charges
- Withdrawals subject to verification and compliance checks
- Currency conversion at competitive rates

### Fees
- Company subscription fees as per selected plan
- Transaction and withdrawal fees as published
- Zero commission on freelancer earnings
- No hidden fees - all charges disclosed upfront

## User Responsibilities

### Account Security
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Responsible for all account activity

### Information Accuracy
- Provide truthful, accurate information
- Update information promptly when it changes
- Verify identity when requested
- Maintain professional conduct

## Intellectual Property

### Platform Ownership
- Forlanso owns all platform IP, trademarks, and content
- Users granted limited license to use platform features
- No rights transferred except as explicitly stated

### User Content
- Users retain ownership of their content
- Grant Forlanso license to display and process content
- Responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe rights

## Privacy & Data

User data handled according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Data encrypted and stored securely
- Used only for platform operations and services
- Not sold to third parties
- Compliant with applicable data protection laws

## Liability & Disclaimers

### Platform Availability
- Platform provided "as is"
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service
- Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime

### Limitation of Liability
- Forlanso not liable for user disputes
- Not responsible for payment method failures
- Liability limited to amount paid in fees
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages

## Termination

### User Termination
- Users may close accounts at any time
- Must settle all outstanding obligations first
- Some data retained for legal/compliance purposes

### Forlanso Termination
- May suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- May suspend access for security reasons
- Will provide notice when reasonably possible

## Changes to Terms

- Forlanso may update terms periodically
- Users notified of material changes
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
- Users should review terms regularly

## Governing Law

These terms governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
